This is a series of vignettes between two women, always one in a dominant/mommy role, the other in a submissive/baby role. Like in a lot of JAVs of this type there's some dialogue in between the action but it doesn't add much to the movie. Overall, it's a series of diaper wettings - some forced/desperate, some accidental, some intentional and the women are then cleaned up and changed by their mommy. It's a mixture of disposables, cloth (traditional japanese style), with a little bit of panty wetting / leaks thrown in for good measure.
